The neighborhood provides quick access to Brickell, the city's vibrant financial and nightlife district, as well as PortMiami for cruise travelers. The nearby Brightline station makes travel throughout South Florida easy and convenient.
Downtown Miami is a dynamic urban neighborhood known for its modern skyline, waterfront views, cultural attractions, restaurants, cafés, and excellent transportation options. Whether you're visiting for business, a cruise, a sporting event, or a vacation, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore everything Miami has to offer.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you treat the suite with care and respect. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the unit is strictly prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Please avoid using towels to remove makeup, hair dye, shoe polish, or any other substances that may permanently stain the linens. Towels requiring replacement due to irreversible stains will be charged at $25 for bath towels and $15 for hand towels. The washing machine is intended for clothing only; washing shoes, rugs, pet items, or other non-clothing materials is prohibited and any resulting damage will be charged accordingly. The locked AC utility door contains building equipment only—please do not attempt to open it, as any damage to the door or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest. Parties, unauthorized visitors, and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite, furnishings, appliances, or building property during their stay, including any fines issued by the condominium or building management resulting from a violation of building rules. Please ensure your personal belongings are kept secure, as The York Suites cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite, providing complete privacy and comfort throughout their stay. You will have access to all in-suite amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and in-suite laundry.

Upon arrival, please check in with the building concierge before proceeding to your suite. Access instructions, including your unit number and door code, will be provided prior to your arrival once all required check-in documents have been completed.
Valet parking is available on-site through a third-party provider for $55 plus applicable taxes per 24-hour period, payable directly to the valet. The York Suites does not provide or manage parking. Please speak with the valet attendant upon arrival for assistance.
For the comfort and security of all residents, access is limited to registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors or additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Parking is $55 plus applicable taxes per 24-hour period and is payable directly to the valet service. The York Suites does not own, operate, or manage the parking facilities and cannot guarantee parking availability or pricing. Upon your arrival, simply speak with the valet attendant, who will be happy to assist you with parking and provide any additional information.
